Investor and Investor-friendly Agent (That's me!)

Hey BP SLC!

My name is Jay. I am an investor as well. I am, to be honest, a beginner at both.

Real estate is a new passion of mine.  I dropped other career aspirations for this and I am glad I did!

My first investment (in progress) is a move from my wife's and my town home to a 4 plex with the help of my VA loan. We will re-if in a year, move out, and find another one and repeat. When we move in to the 4 plex we will get into a fix and flip.

As far as being an agent goes, I am investor-friendly. I am fine with putting in a lot of offers on an investment property for you. I am willing to work to get you investments (I can't buy all of them for myself anyway.)

Hit me up to say hi or if you want me to work for you. I will be on BP a lot more.  I spent the last month completing my license work.

Thanks BP!

Jay
