Texas TREC 23. Termination option

On a TREC No.20-13 contract , Is it ok to write $-0- for the Terminatin option fee , or does this amount  ( is $0 an amount)  negate my right to terminate contract. This is a Fannie Mae property and my realtor said this is how they do it.   Im not convinced.

@Mark Ferguson

This being a FNMA property it is mute anyway.  The 13 page FNMA addendum just about negates any clause in the TREC contract

FNMA gives you 10 days from the date they accept your bid(not when you execute the contract) to terminate
