Have you noticed price increases slowing a bit?

We haven't had an inventory issue like in other parts of the country, El Paso is such a perfect market; but we've had an execution issue - not knowing how to reach potential sellers. Lately, I'm seeing more houses (I drive around looking for deals too) are appearing and the deals closed lately haven't been even remotely out of proportion like a month or so ago. It seems El Paso is doing a good job at not letting prices get out of hand.  Have you noticed?
