Building a Team in El Paso, TX

I am a fairly new investor in the El Paso area and have been trying to establish a solid team and I am finding it very difficult...I'm sure I am not the only one. So I thought it wouldn't hurt to hit up the BiggerPockets Forum and see if I can trade vendors\contractor contact info that I have found to be reliable and do good work for others who might have some of the industries I might need. Right now, just trying to find a good Real Estate attorney, electrician, and handyman in El Paso, TX.

@Sean Greenwell As of right now, you are getting caught up in the set up instead of taking action. Everything and everyone you need will come to you when it's time. As of right now, if you got all these people together, all of you would be sitting around wondering what's next. If you are looking to flip, I would suggest looking for a property first. Once you find that, then you can look for a lender based on the deal you have in hand. Once you get your lender and your deal funded, you can start interviewing for contractors and get bids and then you will learn that your contractor has the connections to everything else needed for your rehab.

I invest here in El Paso so reach out if you want to connect
