I'm currently using RentRedi and although I like some of the things about it. I've been disappointed in the maintenance/repair ticketing. Looking for more functionality. If anyone has any recommendations of apps that they have had success with would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

@Kayla Santangelo

I am new (1 unit) to REI and just screening to get the first tenant in was worth Google Voice. It has plenty of options to get you started and allowed me to do what I wanted, which was to screen the calls and work on the REI business, when I'm ready...not when the tenant wants me at their beck and call.

@Scott Trench

Very well stated.

I am a fairly new investor in the El Paso area and have been trying to establish a solid team and I am finding it very difficult...I'm sure I am not the only one. So I thought it wouldn't hurt to hit up the BiggerPockets Forum and see if I can trade vendors\contractor contact info that I have found to be reliable and do good work for others who might have some of the industries I might need. Right now, just trying to find a good Real Estate attorney, electrician, and handyman in El Paso, TX.
