I'm a new investor. I live in Fort Worth Texas/Saginaw area to be exact. I'm also fairly new to area and still learning the quickly changing area. I don't personally know anyone that invest. I'd like to change that with a chance to just "shadow" someone. Ive been learning plenty through books...I can come out and help with whatever is needed. Im a handyman for a school here in Fort Worth so I can offer the skills I have in exchange. I will do task you may not like to do. I'm just seeking experience and see it first hand. My strategy is Brrrr so ideally another brrrr or flip investors. I don't plan to invest in the DFW at the moment but I will be investing in my hometown so I will not be local competition.

Thanks in Advance

@Neil Aggarwal

That and also the lower entry allows me to stretch my capital and also lets me make cash offers. I’m more familiar with that area. One day I’ll buy something here in DFW aside from my own personal home.

Thank you sir
