During my daily market check saw this property for sale 2837 N Crowley Cleburne Road in Crowley Texas. Listed for 179900. Comps in this area easily go for 250k. I viewed the property yesterday and it needs cosmetic things like paint flooring and a roof. It would be a good flip or brrr candidate and One more thing it's on a 1 acre lot.
