Asset Protection Issues
Anyone have issues with Scott Smith? I wanted asset protection and used his company. All I have been getting is the run around, speaking with sales people and junior people and never speak a lawyer. They have setup the children LLC wrong and now they want me to put his name on the deed. This doesn't make sense. Please advise.
