Heyy!

I’m looking for advice on how should I start my rental property investments as a non-us citizen.

What would be the differences between me and an American person? Do I have any disadvantages that I should be aware of ?

I’m from Santa Cruz, Bolivia and I’m just 21 so I don’t have all the money in the world... I went to FAU in Boca Raton, FL for two years. I plan to go back and build my rental business in Florida.

Thanks!!
