A lot of people afraid to purchase land outside of North America. In fact, since I have moved from Canada to Belize, I have purchased a couple pieces of land. Now my intention is to build some rented vacation two or three bedroom houses and sit back and watch the sun-lovers enjoy themselves in the Caribbean sunshine. A couple of my friends have put up the summer home here Cayo for vacaion while they are back in Canada. Belize is one of the easiest and simpliest country from which anyone anywhere in the world can buy free-hold land which is the same as in North America. Probably, many people are not aware of this fact, but everyday, I see more and more foreigners like myself are coming down to Belize and buying lands for all sort of purposes.
