I am based in Barcelona Spain and help foreign investors to buy real estate in the city. I'm curious to know, for those of you who have experience with long distance investing (from a different country or out of state), what has been the biggest struggle for you and how did you overcome it?

@Account Closed the biggest pain point for me is always property management. A good property manager with solid vendors is literally worth their weight in gold!
