Hello! I am starting my research into an investment / Vacation Rental in Puerta Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. 

I own 9 rental homes in the US. Have some experience but ready to try something new. I have been to PV a few times. I'm seeking help with brokers and investors who can help with Pro-formas, cost estimates, rent rates, and other deal-analysis. Hoping to network and make connections for service providers in the area. Thank you!
