Bucaramanga, Colombia (The City in the Mountains)

If I currently have a modest passive income stream and a reliable property manager in Bucaramanga, Colombia what would be a good hedging strategy against possible currency spikes? Should I ask for local lenders or does anyone know if American banks will offer a mortgage for international real estate? I plan to charge in pesos so the local community can afford it. I would like to also schedule out time for Airbnb. Thank you for any and all advice. I'm looking forward to this adventure. V/r Andrew McDermott
