Advice on rental properties in Puerto Rico

Hello BP,

I am a new investor from Sacramento, Ca, who recently came across some money from selling my house and I'm interested in looking at investing in rental properties in Puerto Rico.  Does anyone have any experience with renting there?  Also, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
