Any Investors in South Korea?

Hi BP fam! I am Korean-American, and while I lived and worked there for 5 years (3 years Active Duty Military and 2 as a Civilian), I grew to love the country met my wife there and now thinking of living there permanently and retiring there as I build my REI business here in CA as well.

I've seen apartments (usually high rise, considered more of a luxury home) near US military bases are being rented out to Active Duty military members that are stationed there and they seem to be doing quite well.  I know the RE market is hot out there and it is also quite expensive in Seoul (the capital).

My goals are to start in the States as I get more experienced, and slowly work my way to Korea.

I'd like to know if there's any investors who are currently investing in Korea or plan to. Love to get any insights !

Thanks!
