We offer commercial lending outside the US. The areas that we typically lend in are Mexico, anywhere in the Caribean, Costa Rica, Central, and South America. We also do Canada and other countries case by case. Our rates cant be beat at all!!! Example: We are currently doing a project in the Bahamas that has a 5.77% rate through the entire construction period on over $100mil loan!!!
