Germany - any active investors around?

This site is great - and I have enjoyed many of the podcasts while commuting... Does anyone know of a similar online community in Germany? 

And, better yet, are there any active investors from Bavaria around here?

I have relocated to the Bayreuth area - job related - recently, looking to get a handle on RE markets in the area to build RE business (mostly buy-and-hold, with the occasional fix and flip, as much as working full-time and family life will allow for).
