Hello!
I`m looking for investors who are looking for possibilities to invest in Latvia.
I would like to tell shortly about the situation here: The market in Latvia at the moment has many problems - inflation is more than 10% every year, people who bought real estates now don`t have money to subsit with many real estates and they are selling them. At the moment the laws for real estate market have changed - it is not that simple to get a credit in banks for local people, therefore people don`t have money to buy and the owners depreciate the price. Therefore I think our market has big potential for investors at the moment. Many market research companies says that teh region of Baltic sea will be prosperity countries.
