Are there any investors interested in purchasing international properties in other countries or is bigger pockets just for investors that just buy properties here in our great nation

I'm invested in Canada and Japan. In fact, my largest holdings are in Japan. Full disclosure here, I'm actually working with a business now that assist non-Japanese with the purchase and investment of Japanese property. You'd be surprised how affordable some properties here can be and the decent yield you'll get.
