Wholesaling in Mexico, Networking Abroad and Marketing Emerging Markets to Investors

I am just in the beginning stages of learning about real estate in Mexico. I currently live in Villahermosa, Tabasco where I will be getting started. I see potential for a wholesaling operation by attracting investors to this emerging market in Mexico.

Does anyone have any suggestions on who I should start networking with first? I was considering contacting Real Estate agents to discuss the market, and possibly try to get connected with any local REI clubs or organizations. Any experiences or lessons learned about networking in a new and unfamiliar market?

Another concern I need to find out is the legal differences of wholesaling property in Mexico. I assume I will eventually have to create a subsidiary company from my real estate business in the US to operate here. Any ideas about legal concern I should put on my radar?

I am looking forward to any comments or ideas.
