318-acre mixed-use project moves forward in Kyle

More news for the South Austin suburb of Kyle with a 318 acre mixed use development. The project did receive approval and will be moving forward. The mixed use site will include single family homes, apartments, retail, and a new elementary school.

Kyle rests in Hays county and both the county and the city have been topping lists for growing regions over the past decade. Definitely an area to watch as the Austin MSA continues to expand.
