Urgent! Help with question

Buying a house in Austin and while doing due diligence found it has 5 expired permits from 15+ years ago. These permits were to go from septic to public sewer. Current seller doesn't know the history of the property and it's a LLC. When brought up to seller, the seller got the city to change the permit status from expired to void. I understand a permit becomes null and void if work or construction is not commenced within 6 months, or if construction or work is suspended or abandoned for a period of 6 months at any time after work has commenced. We know the work was actually done and there are monthly sewer bills. We did a home inspection and the inspector couldn't find the sewer line nor clean-outs but everything is working. You can also see when you open the permit in the process and comments section "open" "fail" "pass" to things like 521 final plumbing and also #attempts: 2. Wondering if these "expired" now "void" permits can have any repercussions on me at some point now or in the future and if Im going to have any kind of trouble when I want to sell the house later on.
