Austin Land Zoning Approval Strategy
Hi, I'm not sure if this question is applicable to Austin but it is in NYC so I figured maybe it could be helpful to gain some insight. Is it a good/possible investment to buy land in Austin, and do a lot of paperwork to get it approved for building and sell it to a builder? I ask because builders typically want to build immediately and the flipping aspect of it could be simply getting it zoned and approved for building. Would appreciate any insight on this strategy. Thanks!
