Austin ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) Application Process

Does anyone have first-hand experience building an ADU building on the Austin area?

I'm looking into buying a house with the intention to build an ADU on the property in Austin/Pfleugerville area. I found the requirements, but I haven't found the process/application forms needed to build an ADU. In addition to understanding the process, I'd love to have a short phone call with someone who has gone through the process before and can give me some guidance on things to look out for.
