Spec Builders & Architects in Austin ?

This is a pretty preliminary post – but looking for any recommendations on architects and spec builders. (In Austin) Have a property were finalizing zoning on and going to want to build 6-8 units on it, looking to build a list of contacts for when we are ready to move forward.

Have done a bit of research on new co in the area, located some builders based of the permits but looks like they own the property and wasn’t a spec build. What route do you guys take to find quality builders/ architects that are willing to work with investors?
