Duplexes in Kyle/Buda TX

Hey BP!

NY based investor trying to add to my portfolio. I’m very interested in Kyle and Buda TX as Austin pricing continues to drive demand in those areas. Looking for a duplex but would also be interested in a portfolio of SFRs. I’m honestly just in love with Texas right now as I’m watching NYC ship white collar jobs down to the Lone Star state. Conversely, there are currently 122 3/2 SFH in Kyle and Buda on the MLS today and you would definitely be able to save money building your portfolio chasing SFHs in that area.
