Multifamily for Cash Flow - Outside of California

Davina Edalat

I'm looking to invest outside of California for greater cash flow. Would love recommendations on growing markets (cities, neighborhoods, states) where I can find a value-add Class B/C asset. Any suggestions?!

Davina I moved from California as well and bought a place when moving out here. There are a lot of great places in Austin in the B/C range that are very attractive in price & cash flow comparative to California. I like the entire !-35 corridor or duplexes in Austin. Most of the quadplexes are usually in a little less desirable neighborhoods.
