We are blessed to be in the market that we are. ZOHO is coming to Austin. Initially planning 100 jobs and potentially up to 500. The tech migration continues. As we all know JOBS are the most important thing for real estate investors to understand on a MACRO level. Jobs bring values and rents up! What I find very interesting is that they are going 5 minutes East of the Airport. That is pioneering as far as a tech company going out that far. I believe this is great news for the city and for East Austin! TRE ATX
