Pulling Delinquent Taxes/Probate List

What's the best way to pull delinquent taxes and/or probate lists in Williamson County? I've tried calling the Wilco Tax Assessor's Office multiple times to no avail (govt shutdown?).  But I've been told in larger counties you can just find them online and I'm having no luck.
