Hello All,

I'll be visiting Austin from August 2, 2018 - August 5, 2018.

I'm sort of new to rentals and I was looking on gaining some insight for single-family to multifamily housing in/near or around Downtown Austin.

Anyone in town and would like to talk investments/partnering, over some drinks?
