Real Estate/Business Book Club
Hey all,
Just curious to know if anyone would be open to a real estate/business/personal development book. I'm a fairly voracious reader (2-3 books month), but I'm always more engaged and accountable when I have to share the information with a group. I also recognize that a newbie, it's critical to absorb as much possible.
A few of the books I'm reading and have read include:
- Millionaire Real Estate Investor
- The Book on Rental Property Investing & Landlording
- Black Swan
- Out of State Real Estate Investing
- Cashflow Quadrant
- Rich Dad/Poor Dad
- What every real estate investor needs to know about cash flow
In the next few months, I'm planning on reading:
- How I turned $5K into $5,000,000
- How to invest with low or no money down
- The advanced guide to real estate investing
If a group is interested in getting together to exchange ideas based on reading and have meaningful, and hopefully actionable discussions, please let me know. I will coordinate.
Thanks,
Chirag
Did this ever kick off? If so, I'd love to join. DM me with details please.
Also interested in both the real estate book club and the mastermind group! Please send me details if you have them. Thanks!
Don't know where if anywhere this went but if it's still a thing I'd be interested in attending if you guys have put it together.
Thanks Costin, I would be interested in the mastermind group.
Also Audiobooks might be easier to share than physical books.
The post here was removed, so see more details on the mastermind group here: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/521/topics/733003-reach-mastermind-and-accountability-group.
@Neil Narayan - audiobooks would be good, but don't have any (old school, sorry). But nothing says you and others can't bring into the "library" audiobooks and share them.
The books co-op library is here - if interested, please check it out, add your books, send your feedback and suggestions, and happy reading! We have 30+ books and I’m working hard on adding more (as fast as bribing my kids to do it works)
