Splitting up a property for loan purposes.
One of my clients recently put a commercial tract under contract and but now he's decided that he would like to have these lots platted separately. The idea is that he would have a loan on the property that his business would be located on and the other lot would be free and clear. Does anyone has any experience with something like this ?
