Seeking Sponsoring Broker recommendation

Hi,

I was looking for recommendation on sponsoring brokers and broker companies in the Austin area. I am not ready to jump into it full time yet as I need a certain level of income before i can do that. I would like to get into a Brokerage that has reasonable fees, some mentorship/training and works well with part-time agents.
