Austin Construction Costs

Hi all -- I'm looking into new construction in the Austin area and need to get a general idea of the cost per square foot. I'm specifically looking at mid-to-high end town homes and small multifamily and commercial. Any examples of what people have paid recently for that type of thing would be much appreciated.
