Contractor in Williamson County (Northern Suburbs)

I've had no luck finding anything approaching a good deal for buy and hold in Williamson County on the MLS. I'd really like to start looking exclusively at wholesalers/foreclosures/auctions. The only problem is that I haven't done a reno yet and I don't have a contractor. I could just pick one off Yelp or something, but I'm guessing anyone on there isn't going to be offering wholesale pricing. I've read articles saying just hang around Home Depot and randomly ask guys at the contractor desk. Seriously?

Is anyone willing to share their contractor?  I don't know if a good contractor is something people hold close once they find one, but I figure it's worth a shot.
