Best places to list your medium-term rentals in Austin

I own a MTR in North Austin by the Domain. My property is listed on Airbnb, VRBO, and Furnished Finders. 100% of my bookings have been from Airbnb. I get a lot of requests from Furnished Finders, but the lead time for traveling nurses is less than people looking on Airbnb. My property gets booked 2 months out on Airbnb and people on Furnished Finders are typically looking around 3 weeks out so by the time they reach out to me on FF it's already booked. I have also found that I can charge more on Airbnb than I would on FF.

Where are you listing your MTR? What has given you the most success?

You really can't go wrong with MTRs in central Austin. Traveling nurses typically have 3+ month commitments and are often respectful stewards of property. But the MTR market is also great for people who are doing big remodeling projects and need to vacate for several months, or people coming into Austin on short term assignments.
