Landlord Attorney Needed in Dallas

I need an attorney to help me as the landlord with a few complicated issues, that I’d rather not get into detail here.  It does not involve eviction, or drafting of a lease so finding the right person has been tough.  Everyone I’ve used in the past are more specifically suited to contracts and deal structure.
