Dallas Rental Properties
I'm interested in getting into the rental real estate market in Dallas, TX. Just wondering if members out there have experience in this area and what works for them? What type of properties are good to get started with?

Very simply....sub $250k ARV deals that you are buying with work required so that you can capture equity. Focus on deals requiring lighter rehab in good rental sub-markets. Garland, Mesquite, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Euless, North Richland Hills, and pockets of Fort Worth and Irving are good starting points.
