Traveling through Dallas. Would love to meet up!

Hey fellow investors!  I'm heading to Dallas and Austin for some work events and would love to meet up and chat with other investors in the area.  Not selling anything; just always eager to network (and having a beer or coffee with others is much more fun than alone!)

I have a lunch meeting on Wednesday, Oct 2 but otherwise free until I leave for Austin that evening.

I've been investing in Memphis full-time for 7 years (flipped/assigned 19 SFH in 2019 and just bought my first parking lot!) so can chat lots about the local REI market and housing in general.

I travel through Texas quite a bit so if you aren't available tomorrow, comment or message me so I can' let you know the next time I pass through.
