DFW- New Investor looking for suggestions

Raju Bajagain
Posted

Helllo All,

I am new to this forum and new to the real estate investment world. I would like to get started with real estate investment, as this is the first time I would like to start the happy path comparatively newer house (2010 or newer to avoid home maintenance cost and hassel in the beginning) better tenants and cheaper price (250k or lower). I was just thinking if the far north Dallas (further north from McKinney or Allen) such as Princeton, Anna, Savanna cities) is appropriate. Are those cities good for the rental property? I was wondering what the BP community this about it. But I am open for any other locations too, as long as matches my criteria. Happy to chat and work with anybody/professional who can help/guide me through this process.

Thank you in advance.

@Raju Bajagain

Good morning, late response here, I’m a realtor in McKinney and am quite familiar with the area up here.

Feel free to reach out to me if you have questions on this area. There is long term value in this area.
