Meetup Location Recommendations?

Hey folks, I'm looking to host a multifamily meetup around Dallas, but I'm having trouble finding a place that will do it for free. It's a tall ask, but does anyone have any location ideas that are free?

Fox and Hound in Richardson on Campbell may be a good spot. A group used to meet there regularly.

How big is the group going to be?  If it is reasonably sized, most places will let you use their space since the group will order food and drinks.

Upstairs at the eco house renovation store at 75 and Forest....can't remember the name of the place, but they sell the Tesla walls and all kind of green stuff.

@Asa Hunt

Know the struggle...we've had to shuffle locations at different times due to places changing mins, etc. A couple meetups I've heard of have been held at chain restaurants La Madeleine, Chuy's, and Olive Garden, as well as Fox and Hound that @Cameron Marmonthat recommended. There's another one in Richardson at Wizards. Maybe try a few of those different chain locations and see what sticks. Hope this helps.

@Asa Hunt Would you mind messaging me about the meet up? I am in the Dallas area, and trying to educate myself. Multifamily has piqued my interest recently, would love to hear what you and others have to say.

@Asa Hunt

I'm not in Dallas, but has been running meetup for a while. Some of the options for a location: restaurants that have private rooms, or second floor that would let you and your group in. Also, if you have real estate or say, insurance agents in your group, you can ask them if the conference room in their office can be used for such meetings.

@Asa Hunt Hey! I have a couple local businesses in Grand Prairie and around Fort Worth. I have a banquet room in Kennedale we could meet up at that would fit about 50 people if that’s something you’re interested in. I also have a DICKEYS Barbecue Pit  in Grand Prairie we could meet at.
