How do I  find cash buyers for my wholesale deal in Dallas county? Facebook has yielded little results as well as other online sites. All the wholesale stories, you see people closing deals within 3-7 days, my question is where are these gurus finding people with cash on hand? are they selling to larger companies? Thanks for any help. I currently have a house under contract and won't stop until I close on this deal or lose out of the contract due to expiration, I know to keep hustling it just gets frustration at times.
