City of Dallas Code Officer for Hire?

I'm in the market for a commercial building and hoping to find a recommendation for a Code Officer that currently or formerly works for the Bldg Inspection department in the City of Dallas to do some consulting work. You guys have any recs out there? We need their input on some aspects of a particular building we're looking at. I'll make the trip up to the Building Dept early next week, but figured I'd try here for a 1st opinion. Thanks in advance!
