I'm looking to pair up with my sibling and invest in a rental property in Dallas area, my sibling lives in Plano area, want to get around this area so it's easy for monitoring.

I'm not from Texas, so I do not have idea on what are the things I should know about investing in Dallas/Tx. Please provide some guidance.

PS: I do own some rentals in other states.
