Hi,

Looking for a new or wholesaler friendly real estate agent in the Dallas/FTW area that would be interested in working together with a new real estate wholesaler initially, by granting me access to the MLS in exchange for any leads that come from my marketing channels which don't fit within wholesaling criteria.

I would promise to be straightforward in what I will or will not do and ask the same from you.  Eventually, the end goal would be to grow the relationship so, that there would be other forms of financial compensation going to the real estate agent or other exchanges of services that would continue to be a win/win for both parties.
