What contract to use?

Hello BPers, I have been putting clients under contract who are going to foreclosure and wanted to make sure I am using the right form. I have been using the TREC 1-4 contract. Usually we close in under 7 days so it hasn’t been an issue but I want to make sure I’m using the right contract going forward. Thanks!
