Investory friendly & qualified, thorough Home Inspector needed
I have a property in Plano which I bought in an auction back in 2013. It is managed by prop management company all this time. I have never seen the property or visited it ever. Now planning to sell, but thinking I might get better rerturn if I upgrade and sell, rather than selling as-is. Property is getting vacant this month. Since I am planning to get all this done remotely as well, without me gonig there, I am looking for a really good home inspector who can inspect and let me know all the high and medium priority fix/rehab which enhances the value of the property. So anyone who knows of such Home Inspectors or HomeInspection companies, please do let me know.
Thanks.
