New Investor // Agent moving to Dallas!

Hey all!

I've got an official job offer in the Coppell area of Dallas and will be moving from San Antonio either at some point in June (earlier the better). I'm looking to connect with fellow investors/agents/brokers in the area to get familiarized with the market. I will also be looking to purchase an investment home but it seems Dallas is limited on their MFH homes so I may only have one option - buying a structurally sound SFH with my VA and renting the rooms out for 1-2 years until I move into another property and turn it into a full time rental. I've made some great connections in San Antonio but would love to start making some in Dallas!
