Hi everyone.  My name is Kelly Kovar.  I started about 11 months ago wholesaling.  I have closed 7 deals, with 20,000 being my largest assignment.  My wife and I have done 6 or so rehab flips in the past and THE STRESS!!!! The stress comes with finding contractors that will actually do good work and do what you tell them.  I thought that I would dabble into a little wholesaling and 11 months later, 7 deals closed.   I did all this with limited to NO advertising.  Now things are slowing down.  I came here to look for advice on advertising and marketing strategies.  I am in the Dallas Texas metro area.  I want to look into getting into probate but mainly just how to effectively advertise.  I would LOVE to find a partner to partner up with in the Dallas area and start a wholesaling business down the road.    Im glad to be here and look forward to learning some good information on here.

@Kelly Kovar welcome to Bigger Pockets.  There are a lot of us here that are local to you.  Have you been to any local investor clubs to network by chance?
