I've always found it a bit more difficult finding a solid GC that can take on a project where adding square footage is part of the game plan. Was just wondering what everyone else's experience with this has been? Does anyone have any tips or recommendations of GCs in DFW who've handled an addition for them? Thanks in advance all!
